IPO List 2024: List of New Company Shares Going Public in April 2024 on NSE and BSE

April 2024 IPO Calendar: In April, 7 new companies are going to sell shares to the public for the first time. Six of them are small to medium-sized businesses, and one will debut on the main stock market.

Bharti Hexacom Limited

Bharti Hexacom Limited is a company that helps with communication solutions. It's going to start selling shares to the public from April 3 to April 5, 2024. They're offering 75,000,000 shares, which altogether are worth Rs 4,275 crores. After they assign the shares on April 8, 2024, they plan to start trading them on April 12, 2024. The price for each share will be between Rs 542 to Rs 570, and you'll need to buy at least 26 shares at a time.

In April 2024, some small companies are joining the stock market:

Aspire & Innovative plans to start trading on April 3. They want to raise Rs 21.97 crores by selling 4 million new shares. Each share will cost between Rs 51 to Rs 54. People could buy these shares from March 26 to March 28.

GConnect Logitech will also start trading on April 3. They're selling 1.4 million shares at Rs 40 each to raise Rs 5.60 crores. People could buy these shares from March 26 to March 28.

Radiowalla aims to start trading on April 5 in the NSE SME category. They want to raise Rs 14.25 crores by selling 1.9 million shares. Each share will cost between Rs 72 to Rs 76. People could buy these shares from March 27 to April 2.

TAC Infosec plans to start trading on April 5 in the NSE SME segment. They're selling 2.8 million shares to raise Rs 30 crores. Each share is priced between Rs 100 to Rs 106."

Vruddhi Engineering Works plans to start trading on April 3. They raised Rs 4.76 crores by selling 6.8 lakh new shares. Each share costs between Rs 66 to Rs 70.

Blue Pebble is expected to start trading on April 3 in the NSE SME segment. They want to raise Rs 18.14 crores by selling 1 million shares. Each share is priced between Rs 159 to Rs 168. People could buy these shares from March 26 to March 28.
