Renuka Jagtiani, aged 70, leads Landmark Group, a big retail company based in Dubai. Her late husband, Micky Jagtiani, started the company in 1973. With Renuka at the helm, Landmark has expanded its presence to 24 countries in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Indian subcontinent.

With more than 20 years of experience guiding the company's plans and growth, Jagtiani manages a team of over 50,000 employees. Under her leadership, Landmark Group has grown its business to include over 25 different brands in retail, hospitality, food, and leisure.

Jagtiani began her business journey by establishing Landmark's operations in India in 1999. Now, it has 900 stores across five different areas, including Lifestyle, Home Centre, and Max.

Jagtiani's skills as an entrepreneur have earned her many awards. She was named Outstanding Asian Business Woman of the Year in 2007 and Entrepreneur of the World by the World Entrepreneurship Forum in 2014.
